Here a simple HMTL Entity Decoder. Just type your entities in and see what you get. Charakters with entities will be encoded an display in the inputfiel as entitycodes.

Tip: Use &# and than 2-5 numbers and a semicolon ( ; ) , so you can excess a UTF-8 character per code.
